Jesus apparently said that Wealth WILL
NOT get you into heaven, only doing good deeds will get you there,
and it follows, that since God made the earth and all that live here, then those who
act to destroy God's Creation for wealth, a total lack of respect, cowardice or just Laziness will
likely NOT get to heaven or a new earth, because how could God trust those people
who destroyed Earth, and who's very nature won't lead to the new Earth's or heaven's
destruction. There are those who claim to be Christian who actually wish this earth to
end, and either actively or passively trying to bring on that calamity so that God can
build them a new Paradise, I believe they are dangerously mis-guided. Why should God
want to build them another paradise when this one has been so dis-respected. The
Bible says Man was created to care take the Earth not exploit and defile it and all
that dwell here. We are a long way from the Garden of Eden.

Remember the mis-leading slogan "God helps those who help themselves" is not in the Bible. It was
a quote from a British Politician in the 1600's, before the Industrial revolution, and I am sure if he could
see what has happened to the planet he would probably not have said those words however mis-understood they
may have been. We believe that the words in that mis-leading slogan "those" and
"themselves" are plural and refer, or should refer to the collective community and not individuals
because Jesus wants nobody to be promoting greed and selfishness.

It would be nice to leave a functioning world behind us for our heirs and this is

The ECO-Socialist Party would quash and pardon all these Martyrs' convictions, and they would
be Honoured and rewarded, because they selflessly acted to save everyone and were
willing to risk personal injury, incriminations, fines, prison, and even death.
Those who actively tried to make their cause more difficult, and actively worked for the
distruction of the planet, consciously or otherwise, would be sanctioned to the limit of the law.
New Laws would be written, and in the most extreme cases, backdated. Politicians and CEOs
would not be beyond scutiny.
A few other convictions will be re-opened and investigated. The conviction of Bob Vylan who called
for the death of a Genocidal Army. If the comments were made of the Russian Army, nobody would bat
an eye lid, and Israel would probably join in the condemnation, but not the Israeli
Army who are even too embarrassed to use the title "Israeli Army", calling themselves the IDF
which is like being called the UDF or Isis. Even Keir Starmer joined in this Israeli sponsored Witch Hunt.

There is also very much concern over the conviction of Carl Beech. He alleged he was the victim of High
profile figures abusing him as a child, which led to him down loading Child Porn. The case smells like a
Jeffery Epstein or Jimmy Saville conspiracy. It is very difficult to excuse himself being even passively
involved
in child abuse, and We truely feel for those children. Mr Beech probably served his sentence before he committed
the crime. All these victims need good emotional support.
Allegedly Mr Beech's abuse came first followed by his report, but once the child porn was found on his computer
the police
ignored the original complaint with the excuse given by the Police for dropping the original complaint
was "Just because someone is abused it doesn't necessarily follow that they will become child abusers". But what
the Police played down and ignored was to say that the victim is usually very damaged and he could likely become
a paedophile because of his own experiences.
If Mr Beech's allegations were false, and he was a child abuser,
he would not risk bring the
Police into his own life, which screams to me that he believes he was abused.
We need to know why the Police did that. Was it the correct decision having fully investigated Mr Beech's
allegations or was there pressure from above or worse? If Mr Beech was originally a victim, he has suffered too
much already. so imprisoning him for a symptom of his abuse just to protect the names of his abusers is sick and
the ECO-Socialist party would look to pardon him and give him the emotional treatment he needs, and expose and
punish his abusers.
The Murder on the Underground of Jean Charles de Menezes, the Brazilian worker unlawfully killed by the London
Metropolitan Police will be re-opened and properly investigated as will the South Yorkshire Police in connection
with the Hillsborough Disaster and the Miner's Strike. Those found guilty of wrong doing will be punished. If
Police officers are guilty, Police Pensions will be lost, and all honours stripped, all the way to the top.

A Heat Shield in Space
The ECO-Socialist Party believe we need a Sun Shield that sits like a giant parasol in a direct line between the
centre of the Sun and the centre of the earth to permanently shade the planet from the hottest temperatures 24/7.
As depicted in the sketch below. How big would it have to be and how far away, to shave maybe 5 degrees off the
noon day sun temperature. It may need to be adjustable so it doesn't cause an Ice Age?. Scientists would
calculate this and it's feasibility. But even if we can do
something like this, and we should pray we can. Even then, that is only fixing the short term issues like
ecological armageddon from heat, we still need to solve the issues of over population, species extinction' food
supply and
pollution.

The Voting system would also need to be changed to one of consensus within the Houses of Representatives.
Wales and Scotland would have totally devolved power which means the United Kingdom
should be called the United States of Great Britain and any of the states may make unilateral
treaties with other non-threatening bodies. For example Wales may rejoin the EU but may not
make a treaty with Russia.
The word Kingdom needs to be dropped since the ECO-Socialist Party is Republican, even
though Various Royals have championed Environmental issues even before they became
OBVIOUSLY CRITICAL to everyone. Although their pursuit of blood sports which cost the lives of many animals
from Stag to trout does bring their environmental credentials into question. There is still the
issue of hereditary power, and the suspicious Death of Diana Princess of Wales, as well as Wales remaining a
Principality, because of a despot, Edward Long Shanks used brute force to take over the kingdom of Wales. The
Monarchy still cynically use the promotion of God to justify the Crown, so whether or not God exists
is not a justification for an extra privileged life which once also gave them the power to defy the church,
kill innocent people, and claim to be head of the church. Royals will be able to stand for the House of Lords, or
even a politician once the Monarchy has been disolved. Because of the nature of suspicion connected to
Diana's death, ALL records related to the investigation would be put into the public domain.
The ECO-Socialist Party also believe in a well educated society and unlimited social mobility,
and so education would be free from Kindergarten to University, and every pupil would be advised
to their strengths, and not push everyone into University even if their abilities lay outside the
University framework.
The ECO-Socialist Party now noticed the glaring anomaly that so-called "First World/Dominant/
Capitalist/Civilised/Advanced" countries who brag about how advanced they are, have
"Homelessness", "Prisons", greed, lying and cursing and a whole number of other negative traits,
But indigenous and tribal people had none of these problems and they do live with the earth
in a non-threatening way.
At least until the "Civilised" countries came into contact with them and de-educated them and
exploited them and stole and dis-spoilled their lands, and promoted one tribe over another and
divided tribal land across established territories, and now "Imperial powers" blame civil wars
and tribal warfare on the people they corrupted and divided, and ignore their own thumb print.
If they want to talk about Tribal war, what about World War I and II, and the "civilised"
countries still haven't learned because even with the threat of Nuclear Holocaust are still
pushing towards War. Not too bright is it!

their twisted definition of Woke for which they can't even develop an agreed consistent definition.
Political Correctness is not Woke. Political correctness is discredited in some eyes
and We don't condone much of this agenda, and it should in NO WAY be confused with WOKE. Woke
has a positive agenda especially for those wronged.

Anti- Woke means they are lowest form of human life because they refuse to learn from their

The 1st Amendment of the New Bill of Rights
Like America, there will be a First Ammendment which to those who don't know American Politics, is
the right of Free Speech. And no Foreign power will be able to subvert the amendment to go after
critics. Some very important voices are being silenced by subverting Britain's Free Speech, Like
Earth First, Green Peace, Just Stop Oil, Palestine Action, Extinction Rebellion, and so on. Unfortunately some
Rouge States have a strong influence on British Institutions, like the BBC, and several National News Papers and
they peddle propoganda that supports their Home State. Israel, Russia, and China have such influence, each with
their own agendas. At present the pro-Israeli groups threaten people with the charge of Anti-Semitism, and
are trying to keep their allies onside and in the dark reguarding the Palestinian Genocide. The charge
of Anti-Semitism is bogus. if you look in the dictionary you will read that a Semite is Anyone from
the Arabian Peninsula, which probably means that Israel are as guilty of Anit-Semitism as anyone. Russia
are still trying to divide Enrope and NATO and justify the invasion of Ukraine, and all it's war
crimes, and China are also trying to undermine the west, exploiting and threatening neighbours.
Where would we be if we just allowed foreign powers to undermine our right to free speech? Where
Nigel Farage and the Conservative party would like to take us. Our own government should not be
adopting foreign states' policy. The only time that Free speech should be challenges is where
there is a threat of insurrection, and destablisation of Britain, and any individual who has his
life unjustifiably undermined can sue, with the full support of the State.

Strengthening our Democracy
Reform is essential. The ECO-Socialists Party believe
that the Present Political and electoral system in Great Britain is corrupt to the core. The political
leaders say we live in a free country, a democratic Country.
What lies! We are living in an Elected Dictatorship.
The Prime Minister chooses his cabinet of like minded individuals and between them they make
policy, and then they appoint Bullies and Blackmailers, officially known as Whips, to force the
whole party to support those same policies that the Prime Minister wants adopted.
That is the definition of Dictatorship, and between elections we "The People" can make NO input.
All the while some Parties are accepting patronage from ENEMY States and allowing their
policies to Reflect this as with BREXIT, UKip and Reform.
Foreign interference into our democracy must not be tolerated. Foreign including all Non-Dom donations to
political Parties needs to be made illegal and those who willfully break this law would be banned from office
with immediate effect even if the Prime Minister is the recipient, and go to prison. There also needs to be a
cap on political donations of ONE THOUSAND POUNDS per donator per term, and donations will be declared, and
those above FIVE HUNDRED POUNDS will have to be individually registered. At election time all parties must
declare their donations to the electoral commision who will top up the funds of all parties so they are equal.
The Commision will divide all advertising place equally among the parties so exposure is equal.
ABSOLUTE PROOF that the extreme far right Conservative party have no interest in Democracy
by enforcing voter I.D. to stop voter fraud which never existed, Not even in the U.S.A where the
Lunatic right of Trump pretended it did, just so they can disenfranchise even more lower class
voters to try to gain a stranglehold on power.
So ask yourself why do they want to fix something that was NEVER broken?
Obviously so they can FIX elections. This Putin-esque scheme must be overturned by an ECO-Socialist government as
a matter of urgency.
Claims that a Mandate has been earned for a whole Manifesto just by winning the First past the Post vote, when
some seats are gerimandered is "Voter Fraud!"
Their excuse for unpopular policies is that it was in the manifesto and they have a Mandate,
when different people who like different policies in their vast manifestos and the winning
party attract more votes for different reasons, or more policies are disliked in the alternative
manifestos.
That is not a Mandate.
NOBODY likes the whole Manifesto of any party, not even the Party Leader, so how can
they claim a Mandate for any one policy let alone the whole manifesto.
To get a real mandate for any single policy you must hold a single issue referendum. But since
we can't afford many of them we must govern by consensus and Proportional Representation is
the best way to that end. This is why the Whips Office is so dangerous to our democracy. A
manifesto should be ony a guide to intended direction and not have any contratual obligation,
so all policies must be open to a free vote.
The ECO-Socialist Party aims to change all that. To reverse the crime that is destroying this
Country. To give the people a voice, to give them inalienable rights, and give the people faith in
those that run the country on behalf of the People, and not in their own self-interest or the
interest of the Corporate and Very Rich.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to install a Written Constitution, and Bill of Rights that gives all
the people a right to legal representation, and not to be bullied or abused, to a Free education,
to Free and all inclusive Healthcare, including full dental care, to Protection by the Police, the
Justice system, and the Army, and from their excesses. Public Transport would be FREE at the
point of use. Education would be FREE from Pre-school to University inclusively. No one would have to sell
their own home if they can afford to keep it, which means Compulsory Purchase, or cutting off access would
be stopped. No person may be defamed without full recourse under the law, and news outlets must ONLY
publish FACTS. Opinion and editorials must carry a strongly worded disclaimer along side the
article. Any News organisation willfully failing to meet this standard should be fined, may lose their
publishing license even go to prison. Giving the News is a serious responsibility, and only responsible
people should have the right to give it, and there should be very strict laws protecting it's integrity.
On the subject of the integrity of a party or individual not to work against Britains interest.
We will outlaw ALL foreign donations to a party or indidvidual in all circumstnces relating to public office.
If someone is caught accepting money they should receive a life ban from all public office and a 5 year
prison sentence. This is verging
on Treason and should be taken seriously
These New Constitutional Treaties should be ratified and celebrated on 5th November, and the day
which should be a Bank Holiday named "Constitution Day", and it will replace the Gun Powder Plot
celebration, because firing Fireworks and lighting Bomb Fires is very detrimental to the environment,
scaring animals and burning hibernating animals alive. Burning effigies of enemies is
barbaric. Burning Guy Fawkes gives us no excuse to criticise others who burn effigies, besides,
the democracy that was saved has become something that has not advanced and is so polarised.
Maybe we should not be so proud or thankful for that.

These noteable days of remembrance are proof that you won't get justice if the rich and
powerful have no inclination to give it without serious rebellion and Protest. But why
should people feel forced to rebell in a "CIVILISED" society, for fairness.
The teaching of History will not be as Monarchy biased as before, and more of the history will be about
how events affected the lives of EVERYMAN.
The ECO-Socialist party wants a compulsory Identity Card for all citizens of these countries.
Many years ago when people lived in smaller communities, everyone knew each other. The
local Bobby and shop keepers knew the age and identity of little Tommy Brown. Now People
know fewer others in an ever increasing community, and shopping has become centralised,
so shop keepers etc. need some way of know if someone is under age, and a Policeman to
know who an individual is. The ID card will be issued at the age of 16 years old, and will ONLY
contain the individual's National Insurance number, Full Name, Date of Birth, and a Photograph.
This would be guaranteed in the Constitution, NOTHING can be added.
The Age of Consent, Voting Age, Smoking or Drinking age, and the age of eligibility to fight in the military
should ALL be written into the Constitution, and should all be on the 17th birthday.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe that it was advisable to remain in a European Community,
and we want to try to re-engage with Europe and try to re-establish most of the opt-outs that
were achieved although we appreciate that it was our own stupidity and lying of a minority that
caused that catastrophic referendum result.
Those who were responsible for deceminating mis-information that led to leaving the
European Union should be considered for criminal charges, News editors, politicians, or lobbying groups are all
included.
On returning to Europe we would insist that Victor Orban and or Hungary should be removed from the EU, and
possibly others if they don't renounce Authoritianism and their ties to enemy states.
With the USA seeming less reliable in regard to NATO and the defence of Democracy becoming a EU member again is
imperitive and being part of a EU Defence Force is very important, now that Russia and others are trying to
destablise and take over Europe.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe that every person should have enough money to live on,
from PENSIONERS to teenagers, a guaranteed income linked to earnings will be included. EVERYONE will have a roof
over their head, food, water, and a bed.
When a country consorts with an enemy to undermine the safety of Britain and Europe, their citizens who are
receiving preferentual treatment as guests and students must lose this access and be returned back to their
mother country. In the present situation where Russia have invaded a sovereign country, Ukraine and Europe are
resisting this. India are supporting
Russia while many Indians live, work and study in Europe. All Indians should be returned to India until the
Indian
government stop their support for Russia. The same for the Chinese etc.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe ALL CITIZENS should be entitled to a full Pension on their 65th
Birthday, but retirement MUST be optional. NO BODY should have to work past 65 unless they
want to and should not be denied income support because they retire.
The ECO-Socialist Party have planned political reforms, which would stop our representatives
from being intimidated by their Party, by recognising the practices of the Whips office as
UNDEMOCRATIC, and therefore illegal. MPs should have to sign a truth covenant, and breaking it would mean being
dismissed as an MP, and in extreme cases will be permanently disqualified from all public
office. The Intentional misleading of Parliament must not be tolerated as it has done for many
years, as it not only brings Parliament into disrepute, but also undermines TRUST and gives a
bad example to Society.
Each party must have an established party leader or Prime Minister candidate when they enter
an election and there after is in place, so that an elected party leader can be held responsible
for the party. Should a Prime minister die, become incapacitated, lose the confidence of his party
or receives a vote of No confidence from the House of Commons the party of power MUST find
a replacement within 28 days then 28 days further, after the new appointment, a
General election MUST be held, so they can get a mandate to rule. There will be NO accession to power.
It will be illegal to lie about the opposition to gain advantage and an infraction would forfeit
them the specific election where the lies took place. In extreme circumstances the whole party could be removed
from the ballot.
It will be illegal for any candidate to have a criminal record, for any crime, and so will not
be allowed to stand for any public office. If they get a criminal record after gaining a place in Parliament, or
slipping through safe guards, they will be removed, and if they lied about a criminal record to get past safe
guards they will be imprisoned. Slander and Liable, although a civil moral standards, it will bring about
the expulsion of the offender.
There will be sanctions and disqualifications for anyone fraternising with an enemy of the State,
or those who espouse Nazi like views.
During Parliamentary questions, ALL questions must be answered to the satisfaction of the
Speaker, who himself can ask additional questions, or re-direct if an answer isn't clear, or
there is a failure to answer a question, and may continue until He is satisfied, or a Valid
excuse is offered for not answering. For example; "The answer you seek is unknown to me at
this time, I will bring the answer next time". or "I am unable to answer at present due to State
Security, so I will give an answer under advisement from the relevant authority next time".
As the Speaker would have all these new powers, so they would have to be elected nationally.
If a Member of Parliament knows someone is LYING, and can prove it, they may call the
Member a LIAR. If they falsely claim that someone has lied, they should be suspended from
Parliament for ONE MONTH without PAY, and would have to issue a full retraction and apology
in the Chamber at the first opportunity. They may also be open to a defamation suit, because
they will not have immunity.
All government statements should be announced by the Civil Service, so that no government
spin can be included. The Civil Service should also be able to challenge statements made by
elected officials, if they lie.
These spokespersons may not say ANYTHING that is partisan or open to interpretation.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe certain rewards should be restricted, because they have been
devalued by governments. Sports and entertainment persons should no longer be able to receive
a KNIGHTHOOD for acheivements within their own chosen fields. Knights should be
people who act beyond their own chosen field Selflessly, with Honour, and Bravery where
applicable. Sports people especially act for their own interests, and are rewarded by
their own sport. Anyone acting dishonourably must lose their Knighthood. Knights should be
confirmed by a Parliamentary Majority, not just on the whim of the Prime Minister.
NO AWARDS SHOULD EVER BE HEREDITARY. That is a very primitive system which is
very unfair.
The House of Lords should be totally elected, but not along Party political lines, the House of
Commons chamber should be overhauled into a circular chamber only for the English Representatives,
and a new British Parliament Chamber should be established around Staffordshire or Lancashire,
and each of the three nations must have equal Representation in that House.

A New Inclusive Flag of Great Britain
All nations must be equal and the Union Flag must be changed so it
includes Wales in the cross of Saint David, and possibly remove the cross of Saint Patrick since Ulster fly a
Saint George cross, or design a new non-catholic patron saint flag, which would be preferable since the
St George cross has Anti-Islamic overtones, and NO religion should feel marginalised.
Here is a Possible Great Britain Flag below which I thought of, off the top of my head.
The same way the current flag was designed, it seems.
This Flag is followed by a English National Anthem, because the other British States have
their own anthems, but it is just words in search of a tune. You will notice there is no reference to a monarch
or a deity. England could do with a new flag because of it's Catholic and anti-Islamic tone, too. Nobody is
stupid enough to believe in Dragons, people just didn't take the time to question this legend. We all know the
Dragon represents Islam, the Virgin or Princess represents the Virgin Mary, which represents the Catholic Church,
and in turn, the Holy Land and Jerusalem.

A Fair Voting System and a All
Inclusive Vote
The electoral system needs to be reformed to a Proportional
Representation system. Party dogma would die and personal convictions should dictate. Proportional
Representation is very healthy for Democracy because at present if you are unfortunate to live in a constituancy
which always elects the same party or only swings back and forth between two parties you disagree with, We
shamefilly admit that your vote is wasted if you vote with your convictions, to always lose, or One votes for
the least objectionable of the swing parties. This undermines the claim of a mandate. This issue also contributes
to the perception of Elected Dictatorship.
If one doesn't believe their vote could influence an election why would they bother to vote at all, and
we are on the slide to absolute dictatorship as the Conservative Party and other extreme parties
may wish for this.
If every vote counts as it would in a Proportional Representation system it would not disenfranchise
voters, and it would also make the corrupt undemocratic process of gerrymandering impossible. The
only thing left to decide, is which MP represents which areas. The ECO-Socialists don't see why MPs
can't be spread more evenly so a citizen can choose an MP that is closer to their own convictions
instead of turning to an MP who holds contrary convictions just because they hold their
constituency.
All votes and other acts by an MP in the Parliament should be publicly reported in the press and
logged on their parliamentary web site, so people know if they are carrying out their commitments, or
contradicting them. The people must be ruled by consensus, and support for a policy. This would
mean each candidate should run on their own manifesto and not a national manifesto, only individually signing up
to the party doctrine and a few large profile policies.
Voters will have a better idea of what they are voting for or who to seek help from in a PR system.
Candidates should also be ranked be the party so in a PR system the voter knows the likelihood of
a particular MP being elected, so there is transparency and no surprise inclusions because the
ranking must be adhered to.
If a party loads their list with extremist or corporatists, the people may start a new party which
better reflects their views. Also if a MP leaves their post inbetween elections then an interim
election could only be fought on the first past the post, so it would lack the same legitimacy that would
extend the seat beyond the next general election.
These interim elections or by-elections would be the only time gerrymandering could influence an election
but some law would be passed so all seats would be neutralised.
Under The ECO-Socialist Party Public transport would be improved greatly, making it universal,
state owned and free at the point of deliver. No new Road would be built, and Green Belt will be
protected. Building on Green Field or farmland sites will be banned until all brown field sites are
used. High rise housing's should be replaced with four storey housing and exsisting High Rise
buildings that aren't demolished maybe be turning into prisons. All future housing should have a
size limit. All multistorey accommodation must have very strict safety laws, and the tragedy of
Grenfall must never blacken the name of our society again.
Under The ECO-Socialist Party Nuclear Power would be stopped and replaced with alternative
forms of bio-degradable, renewable, green fuels.
Organic food production must be encouraged to the point where intensive farming should be
deemed cruel. All Genetic Modification should be criminalised outside of traditional breeding.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to make underage sex illegal, and enforcing the age of consent, as in statutory
rape.
The ECO-Socialist Party would introduce Social Education to schools, enforcing moral behaviour,
and good social interaction, including language skills as well as learning about
the Constitution and Law. This would be tested in an exam and would be the basis for any
Citizenship exam for anyone arriving here.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to reinforce the decency watershed, in all the media. No Sexual,
Violent or Profane images or language before 21.00. All publications should have a certificate.
Pornography may be considered as Prostitution, since the actors are being paid to have sex and is
indecent and laws maybe toughened up especially against the World Wide Web.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to introduce a progressive income tax system, using a computer
model, which avoids sudden differences, the computer system will make the graduation
smooth and fair.
Like the issues surrounding the death of Diana Former Princess of Wales, there is
other information that the ECO-Socialist Party believe it's citizens have a right to know. One of
these issues is about celestial visitors. Do they exist? In all probability there is life somewhere
else in the Universe. Have we been visited by them. there is a lot of alleged evidence which suggests

Wages & Leave
The ECO-Socialist Party realise, as any average intelligent people
know, TRICKLE DOWN ECONOMICS is a Mirage, a CON, a SCAM, a conspiracy against the majority, with false promises
that if the rich earn enough money they will pay their employee better, create more and better jobs, etc. etc..
Most of these rich people and businesses won't do anything of the kind voluntarily except a small
percentage who have a philanthropic nature. Without a cap on earning the majority will always be poor, so
We want to bring in the following policies to stop the rich simply hording their wealth and not sharing it.
MPs, Civil Servants, Teachers, Doctors and medical staff, Firemen, Policemen, Transporters,
the military, etc. should get free housing, and all their wages should be linked to eachother, and
deemed "State Workers" where by if MPs vote themselves a pay rise they automatically award
the same percentage pay rise to all other paid State employees. This the ECO-Socialist Party believe would
curb the MP's greed while rewarding other staff fairly. This should also be rolled out to all
businesses and the use of percentages to describe a pay increase hides the fact that a CEO's
2% has a very different value to that of his lowest employees.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to bring in a law where the lowest paid employee may not earn less than,
hypathethically, 1% of the CEO's or highest earner in a company. Which would mean the well paid would
earn closer to what they deserve, or the low paid would get the wage increase needed to make top earner's higher
award LEGAL. If the employers exceed that differential then they should face fraud charges. Share issues
and dividends, bonuses, and other gratuities must be included in the total income which must be declared to HMRC.
It may be made illegal to publish increases using only PERCENTAGES alone because 100% of nothing
is still NOTHING and 1% of one million is still a lot and people are mis-led by percentages to
the advantage of the GREEDY.
All Sundays worked should be paid Double Time without exception, and bank holidays worked without
exception will be paid double time and a Lue day, and no body can be contracted to
work Sundays or Bank Holidays, and working those days can only be arranged in the preceding SEVEN DAYS
with the afore-mentioned compensation. All employees should be paid time and one half for working overtime
monday to Saturday. Night work would be adoudicated as after 20.00 until 6.00 the next morning and that will
earn one third extra on normal pay unless the employee is a day worker working overtime who will receive the
overtime rate. Paid holiday will be a minimum of 20 days on a 40hour week plus Five transferrable days which can
be used in that year or carried foward, and if a member of your family work in the same business can be
transferred to them. The birth of a child might be a good reason to save and transfer holiday to your partner.
The birth of a child would allow up to six months maternity leave on half pay but a further unlimited period
without pay.
The ECO-socialist Party believe our policies would address low wages and we think a Minimum Living
Wage guarantee will not be necessary. But should one remain then ALL wages would keep in line with
any changes, at the time they happened, or back pay must be paid in the next payment cycle. Failure
to honour changes could lead to prosecution.
Also each employee will be paid for each minute he is on work premises, and each employee would be
allowed ONE hour break with full pay, and there will be no requirement to work a full, for example,
15 minutes extra to get paid overtime rather than get paid for working five minutes, and not stay
working for 10 additional minutes to not lose money for what you work. Failure to pay overtime worked
would be a crime and lead to a prosecution.
All Leave would apply across the company so bottom rung employees would get the same hour for hour holiday
leave as the CEO, from the first day of joining a company, and all earned entitlements and booked holidays
must be honoured. There will also be one week paid bereavement leave including the funeral time for any person
with direct blood relationship with, unless adopted or Step relations in which case the same rights transfer to
those families, plus one designated Best Friend. One day paid bereavment leave will be possible for each of all
other relations' funerals. For In-Laws one day paid leave will be available funerals to accompany your partner.
Every sick absence would be paid from day one and a doctors note will only be required after seven
consecutive days. There are many infectious diseases, some fatal so to take pressure off the NHS sick leave is
preferrable.

A Right to decency through the Unions
The ECO-Socialist party believe that there are people in high places who don't want to share their
wealth and would try to stop any mechanism that provides rights and living and working conditions,
so a right to Union membership should be guaranteed to all members of our countries in the Bill of
Rights, and a Union presence should be guaranteed at Board meetings similar to those Union rights
in Continental Europe.

Law
No body will be given an advantage in law however much money one party may have. The Law should be
blind and equal. Truth and Justice are the only things that will be acceptable, even if a case
is appealed all the way to the Supreme Court. If the Supreme court discover a case where there is
a conflict between the Law, and Justice and Truth, the court must uphold justice and Truth so this
produces new presidence or new ammendments to the law, but it must be Just and Truthful at ALL times
and NO exceptions.
Once sentence is passed it will take immediate effect, and ALL appeals will be lodged from the
conditions of the sentence being served, Without Exception.
If a sentence is seen as particularly lenient or harsh the guilty may force an adjustment based on
other cases, so nobody ever gets a different sentence for the same circumstances, rich or poor. Sentencing
will be entered into presidence.
If a person is found guilty they would be sentenced regardless of any objection the convicted
might have and should start his sentence. Wealth or Power must not delay the start of a sentence.
They are permitted to pursue all avenues to fight a conviction, but from within the conditions of the sentence
they are serving. This is NOT the USA where the rich and powerful get to delay sentencing almost indefinitely.
Again
Truth and Justice are the first amendment of law.
Should an injustice be found, then there will be safe
guards to see the victim is compensated by the body who were in error, and records and sentences will be
corrected.
Equalize the law on Alcohol, drugs, and tobacco. Canabis and Tobacco will have equal legality.
Other drugs will be reviewed, and there maybe reason so as to be available under perscription only.
Chemists would need more restrictive special certificates to serve some Drugs, that have been illegal, even
under perscription. If Drug dealers co-operate with the authorities they should be only re-located, tagged, and
excluded from the region as long as they co-operate with the police. If they fail to divulge their supplier,
they would be far more aggressively sentenced.
Double Jeopardy should remain, but in the Constitution, under the individual's right to Justice,
if justice can be proved in a court of law, not to have been carried out, resulting in an aquital
or a conviction, a Case can be re-opened more easily particularly for custodial sentences, to
limit the damage caused by mis-carriages of Justice.
Prison sentences should be avoided where possible, but if there is a need for people to be
imprisoned, it should be for a lot longer, and violent criminals will be most severely dealt with.
Mass Murderers should NEVER be released, even after death. Rapists, and Paedophiles should
be offered Castrastion and councilling or a life term.
The Eco-Socialist Party embrace woke, but we do not consider humour to be under the guidance
of Woke. Humour is in the area of "Political Correctness" which is very different. In Humour ANYTHING
goes however sick it may seem. If you can find an audience nothing is beyond a joke, except causing actual
physical harm, whether it is race and nationalism, sexually explicit, homeophobic, misogynist, Hitler, Allah,
Jesus, or politics. It is humour but like all things, there is a time and a place for some humour. On mainstream
forums before the watershed is neither the time nor the place for more extreme comical tastes, so the
Eco-Socialist want to relax these laws, but as soon as it becomes Hateful then it is not humour. All hate crime
would be a very serious offence for which there could be a minimum custodial sentence, a loss of liberty and
re-education.
If someone lies to get another person imprisoned for a crime, whether it was the alleged victim, a
policeman, or a member of the Court, they should have to serve the same proportion of the
sentence that their mallicious acts caused the wrongly sentenced defendent to serve, plus
a sentence for malicious perjury, which should be a manditory Five year custodial sentence
and pay compensation for aggravated stress caused to their victim.
When an individual, family or community is threatened by unlawful attack they have a right to amass a defensive
militia which recently happened during the recent Race riots provoked by extreme rhetoric
of the extreme anarchist Reform Party who are being sponsored by Enemy agents like Russia, to create
hostility in the population. In one case members of these defenders were charged and imprisoned, despite
the overwhelming threat they faced. The Eco-Socialist Party must pardon and compensate these victims and
re-train the guilty officers against Police Racial bias. A recurrence would result in instant dismissal, no
matter the rank.
Since a high profile Member of Parliament was one of the instigators
for the Race Riots, under Eco-Socialist Government, he would be sacked from Parliament
and face a legal inquiry for inssurection.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to Double the number of police numbers, and build emergency staff
accommodation for those working particularly in the Home Counties. Selling those homes
many years ago amounted to fraud.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe that Justice must mean Justice, and not the present situation.
So there will be reform to the judicial system.
Prosecuting barristers may only speak the truth, ellicite honest full answers, as must defence
barristers in prosecuting or defending and opinion may not be part of a trial. Should this happen
the guilty member of the court will be charged with purgery.
Adversary trial systems should be ended in favour of fact finding.
If a citizen feels he has been badly dealt with in trial or by the police, he can tell his MP
who would start a process that could refer the case to a Justice
Commity who would investigate. This commity can recommend a Pardon, or any other mechanism for
dismissal, and possibly push for charges against the party undermining the citizen's rights.
Legal aid will be strengthened, but legal companies who offer services only to receive Legal
Aid funds and then not represent the client to their full ability resulting in rough justice MUST
lose their licence.
NOT HAPPEN as some of our members have experienced first hand. The law firm that practices such
schemes will lose their license to practice law in any capacity.

Health
Under the ECO-Socialist Party,the National Health Service would be safe and written into the Constitutiom,
and We want to up-graded it, after many years of Neglect that the Extreme Right Wing
Tory NHS Abolitionists left. There should be legally enforced limits on waiting times enshrined in the Bill
of Rights, in which you must not wait more than 10 minutes for an Ambulance anywhere in the land, and 20
minute wait in Accident and Emergency. You should not wait more than 24 hours for a GP appointment, or one week
for a specialist consultation, or ONE month for an operation, but purely cosmetic operations should be performed
privately not in an NHS hospital, but should have very strict laws governing them and the NHS will use those
cosmetic surgeries for skin reconstructive operations needed by accident
victims which will be free to the patience as NHS care.
Anyone inside the Great British boundries must receive medical treatment as needed. Only visitor coming from
countries without a State run health service, free at the point of delivery will need some kind of financial
aid from their own country, an insurance company for example or thir government.

The Dead and the Dying
The ECO-Socialist Party believe that ONLY when a couple make a joint decision together to
have a child, both parents must be involved in the decision if an abortion is considered. A
midwife should be able to assertain proof of this. In that situation, unless the father is dead,
mentally incapable, or has desserted the woman, the mother
should not be able to make that decision alone. Rape and incest give none of these rights to the father.
Unplanned pregnancies are as has always been, solely the right of the mother.
The ECO-Socialist Party also believe in a citizen's right to Dignity, and this will be in the Constitution,
so that if a person's dignity is undermined by ill health, that person, or members
of their family can order a premature end be brought to their life, under pre-ordained agreement.
Allegedly Doctors already do this for the aged terminally ill, with Morphine.
Everyone is fully aware that the planet is OVER-POPULATED and we can't keep adding to this problem.
Eventually there WILL come a tipping point and there will be a Mass de-population, even to the verge of
Extinction.
There are people who are very ill and are begging for an early exit, but we have laws against assisted
suicide, attempted suicide, and Euthinasia.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to change the law so that people can seek assistance to die, but there will
be strong safeguards that would avoid people being pushed into dying. There would be a law that punishes
those who bring pressure to provoke suicidal thoughts including the charge of murder, and this would also
include cyber bullies.
The Subject wishing to die would be counselled on their choice and trying to offer hope and advice to
live on, but at the end of the day if the subject is set then they would be counselled on method and emotional
counselling for their family.
A Living Will which may include mercy killing, must be hand written by the subject in the presence of a person of
High standing who would bare witness, and not in the presence of family or loved ones. The Subject who
changes their mind closer to an Exit event must be heeded.
The death can be brought on by a lethal injection, but without discomfort which can be done in a place
of the subjects choice, but would be carried out in the presence of or by a specially trained official.
It sounds cold but forcing people to live in extreme suffering when they are ready to depart is cruel.
The Planet is too small for our present population for all those who want to live, so if a small group of
individuals have had enough of life and are willing to sacrifice themselves then we should not have the power to
stop them.
The law should also be changed so a will does not need to be written, everything goes to the next of kin, without
death taxes up to a certain level,
only property intended for another party will need to be willed.

Decimalisation
Decimalisation is important to the ECO-Socialist
Party. The only reason people may be
resistent to change is obstinance, badly educated about decimals, bad legislation, and
imperial propaganda. The ECO-Socialist Party want to make the following changes. All packaging
and measurements should put the Decimals measurement first and always in the full
rounded measure, the imperial measure equivalent will follow. The size/weight description will be
the same size font initially but over time the imperial measures will shrink until it disappears. All pricing
will be for decimal measures, even if it is for the sale of loose weighed goods like vegetables.
Imperial measures has so many almost irrational different units and people growing up with
both find decimalisation straight foward, as with money which is so easy. In weights and
measures people only need to see the decimal figure and what the quantity looks like.
Speed will also be decimalised and the Mile speed signs could become Kilometres overnight,
and all cars should have Kilometre speedometer
dominent with Miles less prominent. Motorways would become 120KM/H and other roads
should be reviewed.Roads in built up areas should not faster.

Defence
The ECO-socialist Party wants to maintain
a war ready military and would not let standards drop.
We have uneasy feelings about nuclear weapons, but we realise we cannot go without them
when everyone else has them. We have no wish to get involved in foreign wars that are not a direct
threat to us, so the illegal second Iraq War would not have happened, and we would not have
got involved with Vietnam or Korea, and to consolidate this we give military personel the
right to refuse to act in a war that is not a direct threat to Great Britain, and if a large
enough number object to any given engagement then all personel get to vote on that
engagement. If the vote gets low support, then the Government will have to abandon use
of weapons and adopt a peaceful resolution.
This protection of Military personnel is very important considering War Crimes Tribunerals
saying a soldier always has the choice of whether to follow orders or not, which isn't fair
since the soldier's choice is under the sorts of leaders whose soldiers appear before the
Tribuneral is, "follow orders or have an unmarked grave with immidiate effect", and
following orders means possible life imprisonment IF they got caught, which they may
not. This is a horrendous choice for which following orders is the least risky to
their health. This is not a choice any of my Military should be subjected to.

State owned Business
The ECO-Socialist Party believe the selling off of
State owned services and property was
immoral and the Thatcherite dogma is totally Dis-credited. Water, Bus Services, Electric and
Rail are the most glaring examples, and it is believed that MPs bought shares in those sell offs,
and that is why they voted to privatise. A ECO-Socialist government would take these businesses
back into State ownershop, the State appointed management of these companies
would be more responsible for the company's performance so there should be more efficiency
than their previous incarnations.

Energy Production
All energy grid infrustructure generation will be taken back
into State ownership. All buildings, private or public will be installed with solar panels, and historical
listing should not excuse a building, this would reduce the need for Power Stations, especially Nuclear power,
so not leave Britain vulnerable to military attack causing Nuclear incidents. Wind Turbines would be allowed
closer to or in urban areas.
All solar panel feed-in tarifs must be paid, and paid at the same rate as any other industrial generator.
Foreign Policy
Ulster, Gibraltar, and the Falkland Islands should be
repatriated to Ireland, Spain, and Argentina.
Any person in those Isles would have the right to return to their Mother Country. We would pursue
ways of helping the governments of former colonies return to normal.
Cuba, Bolivia, and Venezuela have been very badly treated by the USA, and a United Nations General
Assembley voted almost unanimously that the US embargo was immoral and wrong. Britain would support
these countries, financially and in other ways, and we would encourage Europe to do the same. In return we ask
that the indigenous people are well provided for. In time their prosperity and gratitude might lead
to favourable terms in trade.
Dont Buy Apartheid
On the election of the ECO-Socialist party as government England would return Israel's British Embassy to Tel
Aviv to show them we are serious about a two state
Pallestinian/Israeli solution and if Israel continued to harass and dispoccess Pallestinians and not engage
in our preferred solution Britain would cut off all contact with them, and with China until they change their
policies toward the Palestinians, Tiawanese, and Tibetans. We may revert back to their capital being called
Peking as a jesture of their negative position on many fronts, including conspiring to releasing global
epidemics.The ECO-Socialist Party would recognise both Palestinian, and Kurdistan as sovereign states, and
British Embassies would be opened in those States and they would have Embassies in Britain and we would try to
mediate a permanent solution to Kashmere and other flashpoints around the world, especially where British
Colonnialism has left a mess when it left.
England would also give military support and push the United Nations into putting a peace keeping
force into those countries which would get full military support.
It's hard to believe that a British Tory Prime Minister wanted to exterminate all the Kurds. That prime
minister was Winston Churchill, the same man who lead the RMS Lusitania into a U-Boat ambush on purpose
to cause the near 1200 souls, including 128 Americans on board, to die which, when it sank drew the USA
into World War I. Churchill had no problem sacrificing the lives of "Plebs" in the tactics of War.
The recently surrendered Chacos Islands have been given to Mauritius, which is immoral and the New
Labour Government have done this. The Chacos citizens who were dispossessed by The United Kingdom and their
Allies, so it is only just that those same people and their descendants regain ALL the islands, and any military
bases who want to remain must pay land rent and reparations, and as the west feels a need to have a military
presents then the ECO-Socialist Party advise they be very generous, and make the islands rich and flood proof.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe in Fair Trade, and we would discourage the exploitation of poor
countries. A Company whose Head office is in a different country from it's place of production
should pay far more in import duties. We must make it illegal to sell Arms to Tyrannical governments.
Over the centuries of international dominence Britain have acted almost as badly as the Viking from whom we
take some of our blood, but removing artifacts from those countries we invaded and subdued is wrong. Now we need
to reverse the process. The Elgin Marbles are a case in point, as are the heads of Aboriginal chiefs, and so on.
In modern times we can replicate almost anything and it can be 3D printed, made into a hologram, just
stored on a disc, so there is no reason to deprive any country of any of their own treasures.

A Fair Trade Country
The ECO-Socialist Party want to make it illegal to PRICE GAUGE,
which has an adverse effect on inflation and could be used to undermine a particular political party in
government, effecting voting at the up coming election and could be seen as political interference, and should
be treated as such with legal jeopardy.
The ECO-Socialist Party want to make Great Britain a Fair Trade
Country which means that any international companies with ethical issues, and any of their subsiduaries may NOT
trade in Great Britain. This would include Nestle, Coca Cola, and Exxon.
Until these companies have a clean bill of health and re-pay those exploited, they will have no access to the
British markets.
We are very disappointed that the United Nations and World Health Organisation have not made a stronger Stand
against the kind of EVIL perpetrated by the likes of the mentioned companies and sued them into oblivion.
They are not alone and they should change their Business model before they are named and shamed here. Watch this
space because when they come to light, they will be shamed.
The ECO-Socialist Party will make Slavery illegal in this country with serious sentences for slave owners, and
will uphold that law world wide and will decree all countries who deny Union rights to it's citizens as slavery,
and will boycott all products of the offending country.
For slavery, warcrimes and climate change denial there will be no diplomatic immunity for offenders at home or
aboard.

At the moment the United States of America have serious trouble because they have elected a Felon with immunity
to prosecution, and is under-minding the norms of the world and threatened to destroy everything that
environmentally concerned people are trying do. He is under the influence of the richest man on earth and his
loyalties are unknown, but he seems inspired by extreme riches and power. They are threatening to invade allies
like Canada and pursue a trade war with the rest of the world. We have to desuade them from this action so we
must boycott all US products especially in MAGA States. And we have to push them back into the Paris accord and
other treaties they deem less important than short term enrichment.

Immigration
Which section the slave trade falls into is debatable. Commerce, foreign affairs, immigration? Take your pick.
The ECO-Socialist Party are totally opposed to Slavery, Pressganging or any other form of forced labour, and
this must by highlighted and addressed, and all those perpetrating these barbarbic practices will be highlighted
and be forced to address this behaviour, and pay reparation, including decendents of the guilty and all statues
and memorial constructions in the name of these people should be re-named and a plaque will be erected to
explain each change. The memorials to Colston, the Bristol Sugar and slave owner might be better named after
Thomas Clark, the Bristolian abolitionist, and so on.
The ECO-Socialist Party don't believe that sending people to
Rwanda is answer to the boat immigrants making the crossing, and so this practice must be stopped. The British
Immigration department will need to establish immigration control centres along the coasts from where
these boat people are travelling with policing units to detect and dismantle their operations.
There should also be a TV campaign in countries typically sending assylum seekers and
economic migrants telling them that only those with strong legitimate reason will be welcomed,
but if they don't they will not be accepted and will be returned to the authorities of their
respective country, with a possible recommendation of imprisonment.
Economic immigrants who arrive without the correct paperwork from the British embassy
in their own country should be quickly returned, and political asylum seekers would only be able
to stay in the country while their own country is a threat to their safety. There would be specially
constructed Villages for those who enter the country for political assylum. They would get ration books for
buying provisions in the village. Different villages would be set up for different ethnic groups, and
each religion would be given their own place to worship. Where these people have come across
safe culturally compatable countries, they would be returned to the first of those safe countries
outside their homeland even if the country is further away than their place of origin, and
would give financial assistance to that third country.
A small but growing pressure on our borders is Global warming, with rising sea levels, and
draught. These people can't live in their own countries because their homes are under water
or there is no ability to grow food. Of course there are also those who travel to improve their
lives, and they travel here because of the perception that our language is the most spoken of a
liberal democratic country, the land is green and the people
relatively wealthy. Britain has taken from many countries and left those countries poorer while
enriching ourselves so we do have a moral obligation to many people, and we have a legal
obligation to help political assylum seekers.
Having said that Britain is already over populated, as is most of the world, so there will have
to be a new international treaty which addresses the issue, as well as national moratorium to
work out our way forward.
The Eco-Socialist party believe that the people who reach Britain with a legitimate claim to stay
should be encouraged to assimilate as quickly as possible, and should not be charged extortionate
amounts of money to stay, and they would be offered an interest free loan to pay which they can
pay once they are settled and employed, and the charge should not exceed £500 per family for
which they will receive language training, and a course in British Citizenship which would have to be
passed by immigrants and non-immigrants alike. School age immigrants would take this course with
all British children in school. Adults would take the course in University with their normal studies,
and others would go to special classes organised through the Home Office.
The course should include the new Constitution, and Bill of Rights, and a basic understanding of Tax,
Highway and General Law, Health access and education, as well as culture and history.

Housing
Housing a very important part of life,
lack of housing can cause emotional issues like depression, and it is one of the main
contributors to Inflation, along with fuel costs. The scarcity of housing causes high demand which inflates
prices greatly. This puts pressure on peoples spending power which causes higher wage demands,
and in turn pushes up the prices of your grocery bill because manufacturers, shop and delivery
workers all need to live too.
If house pricing can not be kept under some kind of reasonable control, the ECO-Socialist
Party may be forced to introduce "House Price Banding", which we really don't want to do
because the variables are so complex that a formula could be seen as unfair and divisive,
but where needs must, we won't shrink from the threat of extortionate House price Inflation
as it presently stands.
TV programmes like "House Under the Hammer", and "Escape to the Country" and other similar
shows, not including home improvement shows, may die on their own with the new strict housing laws, but
We see these programmes as promoting home disatisfaction, and greed, and therefore We may
legislate against House inflation.
HOMES WILL BE
AFFORDABLE AGAIN.
The ECO-Socialist Party want more affordable housing which must have local ammenities
and be environmentally top spec. including solar panel on each house. All New Houses
will have roofs pitched Directly South so solar panels can be most effective. This does
not mean that the roof can't have two opposing pitches as in traditional house, or as in
Belgium or the Netherlands where the gable is at the front of the house, or just a single
pitched roof, or a flat roof. Developers not keeping to these guidelines will immediately lose access to
the site.
No Building must be allowed on Green Belt except alterations to farm buildings. All new housing must be
built on Brown field and reclaimed land. Buildings of any note which are older than ONE HUNDRED years old
CANNOT be demolished to make way for development. The developer must build around the old building and should
it be demolished, the developer and the whole chain of command would be criminally charged, and there would
be a custodial sentence for those most guilty.
All roofs must be solar reflective white because the Ice caps which help keep the planet
cool are disappearing so we are not only losing the ability to reflect the suns heat, but we
are also losing it's air-conditioning contribution. As the ice disappears the earth temperature
will excellerate and the hotter it gets the quicker the ice will melt, and so on, so even if we
can't replace it's natural air-conditioning capacity, we must replace the reflective powers.
Flood planes must be deem unsafe for building, and should anyone go against this ruling,
they will be liable for any flood damage caused by their development in imperpetuity.
To re-duce prices of houses, Only recognised Housing associations should be able to own
more than one home, and Nobody may own a home outside the country of their birth and
must provide a birth certificate as proof, people foreign to that country can only rent
housing, and because England, Wales and Scotland are different countries this rule would
proclude for example, an English born person owning a home in Scotland. Members of
Parliament and similar functionaries should be provided with a State owned a modest working home
near the parliament.
People would not be able to commute large distances to work. They either live with-in a bus
ride from their work place or work from home. Housing should be built where it is needed
and not built on a large scale in limited areas, and a person who can prove he has lived
in a given area he would get first refusal of a house in that area, so the wealthy don't
buy houses pushing prices up and depriving local people of a house. All solar panel
feed-in tarifs must be paid, and paid at the same rate as any other industrial generator.
Town planning needs total reform, and large scale housing projects have been a
horrendous mistake which only benefits the developers. A review should be made of how
many extra houses each village needs and all villages should build a specific number,
because until now villagers have been forced to leave their village for lack of housing
and pushed into mass produced housing. There maybe a happy medium which doesn't
include building houses where they are not required.
My home town of Yate is a typical example of demented town planning which turned a
small farming community into a large unwieldy town in 60 years.

Taxes
The ECO-Socialist Party believe the
Taxes we pay are grossly unfair. The income tax should be based on Total Income whether
from interest, dividends or offshore investments Income.
Tax is not
a smooth progressive line which could be achieved by computer systems, and we should
change to a system where there are various starting points according to circumstance,
and a point higher up the earnings scale where the Income Line of Tax level would pass through. At some point
they would converge becoming ONE line.
Tax avoidance must be outlawed and there should be no excemption for Offshore Tax haven's
and the Accountants who try to create loop holes should be charged with fraud crimes.
Moving Wealth Offshore should not be advantagueous because we would collect the Tax even
if we have to demand it directly from the government of the tax haven. Failing that, we
would deport the offender to his chosen Tax Haven, and cancel his Passport baring him
from these countries because his actions would be seen as an attack on these countries.
There should also be a limit to how much Tax deduction you may receive. Up to the first One Million
Pounds of total income you may have all recognised Tax deductions, but after that threshhold deductions will
be phased out up to Ten Million Pounds annual total income at which point there will be no more tax deduction,
except for philanthropic and charitable gifts but no business will have smaller final income than one who
has earned less.
Heritance Tax would be fair to everyone. A One Million Pounds tax free limit for inheritance would be
enforced and above that starting from Zero pence in the pound from one pence over the
bottom threshhold to 50 pence in the pound up to Fifty Million Pounds. Then from Fifty Million Pounds
at 50 pence in the pound to 80pence in the pound at One Billion Pounds. Here is an example;
If a person dies leaving an estate worth 200 million Pounds he will pay NO tax on the first One
Million Pounds, then 50 pence in the pound on the next Fifty million Pounds, and then on 149 Million Pounds
he would pay aproximately 57.5 pence in the pound, so out of the inheritance he can
still pass on 89.325 Million Pounds which is still a considerable amount of property to pass on.
But the State would have more money to keep life good for everyone. Nobody needs more
than One Billion Pounds of property and so the State will get everything above that after tax, which would
encourage some degree of Philanthropy during their life time, but there would be laws
stopping them sharing out their property with their heirs, through a "Gift Tax", before their death,
which would be calculated at the top end of the estate value. This means that if the estate is worth
over One Billion Pounds then the tax would be at 80%.
Farm Estates will be FULLY Exempt from
Inheritance Tax but all other assets of the inheritance will be the subject to the same taxes as anyone
else. However should the farmer sell the Farm or not continue agricultural work on the farm, the inheritance
tax excemption would be revoked.
If these figure are still too generous or harsh by present models then we can look again. No body should be
exempt, not even the King.
Also there should be no Legal requirement to write a will. If no will is written then the
property will go to the next of Kin. If there is no Next of kin then the deceased will need
a Will and if the departed wants something other than the automatic protocol, then a will
needs to be written. The only point the State can claim an estate is if there is NO Will
AND NO Next of Kin. Wills can however be contested by disatisfied members of the circle
of the departed. That is the nature of Wills and the nature of people. A will could be a
positive or a negative, and although it does usually result in clarity it should not be essential.

Transport
Under The ECO-Socialist Party Public transport would be improved greatly, making it universal,
state owned and free at the point of deliver. No new Road would be built.
All fuel filling stations would have solar panelled roofs and battery for solar
energy storage and multiple fast charging vehicle charging points.
Cars must be changed to green fuel, not oil based. More cycle ways would be made. Road Tax,
and Car Insurance, would be put on Fuel, and instead of a Road Tax Disk being displayed, a M.O.T
Disk instead. This will stop people driving without Tax or Insurance, and
foreign visitors would be instantly covered. Insurance companies should load all their risk/insentive
in the Excess charge which can only go up to 100% of the car/repair value.
It also puts a slightly higher cost on Fuel, but makes it more economic, to own a car but not
be pressured into driving it.
Speed should be decimalised and the Mile speed
signs would become Kilometres overnight, and all cars would have Kilometre speedometer
dominent with Miles less prominent. Motorways would become 120KM/H and other roads
will be reviewed.
All Taxis must be electric, and electric charging points would be installed at all taxi ranks and stations.
Driving a private vehicle should be treated as a privilege which must be respected. Anyone
who drives at double the speed limit on any road should have their vehicle immediately confiscated and
not returnable, which would not be covered by whatever insurance scheme is adopted. This
kind of wreckless speeding will also earn a 10 year driving ban after which they should be
required to re-take their driving test. Driverless vehicles are coming in the near future, and
because the vehicle would be programmed not to speed such penalties should to assigned to history.
The ECO-Socialist Party believe ALL Public parking space must be Taxed, to stop Out of Town
developments, and to encourage public transport. Also all retail outlets must provide the option
of delivery for on-line, large or heavy purchases.
The Highway code must be strictly adhered to. My Home Town of Yate and Doddington have
decided unilatterally that the Highway code need not apply to them, and so they have changed
the rule, that traffic leaving a highway get precident over traffic joining the Highway, no long
applies and the opposite is the new demented rule, causing mass confusion, obstructions, tail
backs and more danger than is acceptable. This demented decision needs to be reversed and return to Highway code
norms.
The Eco-Socialist Party would make it illegal to cancel any existing bus or rail service without applying to the
Department of Transport. Any company withdrawing a service without permission from the Department of Transport
may lose their operating license.

Our food should be healthy, clearly labelled and sourced from environmentally friend places. Meat would
be meat and fruit will be fruit so our traditional Mince Meat will be meat not fruit, because although it is

The ECO-Socialist Party believe we need and want to create some kind of sun shield in space which remains
between the sun and the hottest part of the earth maybe using laser technology which only needs to reduce
some of the heat and maybe some of the UV light, but not block the light completely. A very
small reduction could be enough to stop us boiling to death and avoiding an Ice Age. And with
this idea being man-made and electronic, we can adjust or even turn off the shield if the
effect is too severe. This may encourage plant growth in the desert which is also a positive
since forest fires and willful distruction of forests and other habitats are continuing, but we still need to
get our population in some control and reduce all polutants.
Up until now the political world have put pursuit of money above all other aims and
now the globe is heading for meltdown and all the species are in serious danger. Many
species are now endangered and when they are gone Humans will quickly
follow, because many species of animal and plant are our food. The ECO-Socialist
Party want to reverse these catastrophic changes.
Recycling would be made compulsory, new taxes on paper would be imposed to stop over use
of the press advertisement.
Vivisection would be outlawed. There is no excuse for torture, and cruelty to animals in
a civilized society, and it should not be Tolerated. These poor creatures don't have the same
genetic make-up as humans and their are computer models that would do the same thing.
All Blood sports should be far more controlled, but people can hunt legitimately, under
license, but without hounds. A clean kill is the aim of the ECO-Socialist Party. All Hunters
would require a license. Failure to follow the guidelines of the license would lead to the lose
of it. Hunting without a license, would mean being tagged, and banned from hunting for life.
Fishing would be classed under hunting. Hunting is about food, not sport. The ECO-Socialist Party
believe that a fox has as much right to kill a chicken or to a certain area of land as a
human being, so the responsibility must be on the farmer to guard his property better,
without killing the intruder, whether human or not.
Only the killing of Rats and house mice should be exempt from prosecution.
The ECO-Socialist Party do not consider any form of Hunting as Sport, and those who
kill competing animals like birds of prey to reserve the prey for human depredation must
receive appropriate justice which must be conpulsory and include tag enforced exclusion
from estates that hunt, prison and heavy fines.
Re-cycling would be manditory and much closer to 100% which should be collected, and as
much of the collected material as possible would be re-constituted, and we want all Landfill
sites closed down.
Sewage must not be allowed to run into water ways, but as the water companies must
return to state ownership this would be tackled head on, but until the companies are returned
to the State there should be imprisonment for all those responsible and the CEO would be
ultimately responsible. They should be given prison sentences and lose all their property if
their water company pollutes our countryside. Irresponsible financial gratification should not
be tolerated in any sphere of society.

All Trophy hunters world wide will be banned.
Anyone taking part in this activity, whether it is promoting it, tracking for hunters or
any other help offered to the hunter will be subject to long prison sentences. Anyone entering or

had any connection to the crimes or British citizens. British and Foreign game will be included,
even Fox Hunters.
People who drive along our road late into the evening at speed for some kind of adrenaline rush
breaking speed limiits and needlessly polluting the environment will spend time in Prison, and
permanently lose their vehicle and all rights to drive a motor vehicle.
All sports stadium must be required to install the maximum amount of roof space to Solar
panels for their own use as well as the local community.
The ECO-Socialist party would encourage all national sporting concerns to seek ways to
regionalise their sport as much
as possible to reduce the mass exodus of fans on match day. Football especially could gain
something from the structure of the National Football League(US-NFL). The ECO-Socialist
Party have developed a very workable plan along those lines.
There should also be an investigation into football corruption and match fixing imparticular.
Also the ECO-Socialist party recognise that the European sports nations imparticular have a very
flexible National elegability protocol which gives the European team a big advantage and disadvantages
non-European countries, and where in the 1986 world Cup where African countries,
like Nigeria looked like being within touching distance of winning the World Cup. It never
happened because of players being co-opted into European National teams.
To make it a fair and level playing field the ECO-Socialist Party have created a point system
where only birth certificates would count where the players get 3 points for his certificate, and the
parents get 2 points each on their certificates, and the grand parents get 1 point each. Using these rules
France may never have won the world Cup and an African country may have won. The 1998 World
Cup in Paris was the most rigged tournament ever, but that's for another day. But the most
notable players are Patrick Veira and Marcel Desailly, who are 100% Senegalise and Ghanian
respectively, and Zinedine Zidane who is part Algerian. The country that scores the most points
on their birth certificates gets to play the player. Football is not the only sport abusing these
loopholes. If you want to call football a sport then there should be a sporting chance for everyone.
The coaching staff should also have to follow the same points system.
People is sport should be able to bet on results etc even themselves, but only to succeed,
because the present betting rules are unfair and hypocritical, since betting companies virtually
own VAR, and they have the biggest vested interest in fixing results, along with Sky Sport who
have an interest in broadcasting entertaining spectacles.
If a sporting body is stubbornly refusing to accept changes related to corruption and is endemic,
then the State will suspend their ability run until they change their working model. Those
implicated in corruption should face criminal charges.
On the subject of water safety and swimming, the Eco-Socialist Party believe many local public
swimming pools are undermining the ability of children to swim. The practice of roping off lanes
stops young swimmers from swimming Widths which is a stepping stone to swimming lengths which is
a confidence boosting to swimming more generally.
This is done for people who can already swim, and at the expense of those who are learning. The
Eco-Socialist Party would make it illegal to rope off lanes to impede width swimmers from
completing their widths.
I know from personal experience, and if an inexperienced swimmer tries to swim a length under
parental supervision, they are refused if they have never swam a length, and the pool staff even
sugguest we join their swimming club, costing more, then we will get access to the full width.
That sounds like profiteering and extortion. We stopped swimming because of this sharpe
practice, and now my children are very much poorer swimmers because of that. The Eco-Socialist
Party would enforce that all school holidays from 9.00am till 2000pm, weekends between 1200am
and 2000pm, and all other week days from 1600pm to 2000pm will be totally open without ropes
or impedament in EVERY public pool in the country, except for special events.
We would stop more drownings because we care unlike this policy which panders to people who
only want to swim lengths without interuption, who are not so selfish that I am sure would not
object to protect those who are weak swimmers and ignores their safety for profit or convenience.
The ECO-Socialists believe that British athletes should not be allowed to compete with individuals and countries
knowing their moral/criminal behaviours and policies are doing harm, so if there are known issues of substance,
our sporting bodies and sports teams will appeal to the governing body, and will withdraw from the competition or
tie.
Blood sports including fishing should be very much more legislated on and possibly made illegal.

The ECO-Socialist Party have noticed that there are malevolent
influences in the media sphere, and notice it most in the United States of America. One example is Fox News
which isn't even a news channel but presents itself as if it were. Fox News should be named to reflect it's job
description, "Foxing Forum". From the verb to Fox or lie. They would have to change their name to
operate in Britain. There are a number of online forums too which spread Russian propaganda, and conspiracy
theories, and such groups will have to re-apply to operate in this country, including all Rupert Murdoch's
business activities here which are pernicious but far more subtle than in the USA.
There will have to be a moritoriam on Internet activity. Indescenty and political
interference etc. will need serious investigation and curbing.

must carry a strongly worded disclaimer along side the article. Any News organisation willfully failing to meet
this standard will be fined and even lose their publishing license. Giving the News is a serious responsibility,
and only responsible people should have the right to give it, and there should be very strict laws protecting
it's integrity.
Any body which calls itself NEWS will have to adhere to this law, even on the Internet, and our government
must prosecute these people anywhere in the world, and we advise all democracies around the world to follow our
lead.
Another threat to FACT is Wiki-Pedia. Our publicity office checked what Wiki-Pedia were saying
about Eco-Socialism, and were horrified to see that the article was saturated by extreme right wing
propoganda, stating outright that Eco-Socialist are Marxist who want to destroy Capitalism and had little
interest in the Environment. Simply a lie that could have been written by Donald J.Trump.
We complained to Wiki-Lies and they stated we could edit the article. We did this to the opening
paragraphs because there were far too much to do in one sitting, and just toned down the right wing propoganda,

An After Thought
Throughout time man has changed our calendars. First from BC to AD and then we had the Julian Calendar
adopted in about 45 BCE by Julius Caesar until the 16th Century, until in 1582 when the 2nd of September was
followed by the 15th of September when the Gregorian Calendar was decreed by Pope Gregory XIII. So these things
can change. It IS NOT the policy of the ECO-Socialist party but maybe the calendar needs to be adjusted again,
because the present calendar doesn't really reflect anything neither religious nor seasonal. It might be an idea
to tie the calendar to the equinoxes and solstices.
For example the Winter Solstice should be the last day of
the year, and the 1st of January the start of a new cycle or year. The last day of March should be at the spring
Equinox, The last day of June should be the Summer Solstice, and the last day of September should be the Autumn
Equinox.
It would be fairly easy to make the change. People can adjust their calendar by overlaying the new calendar over
the old one and then set a day by which the change is made. Whether you move anniversaries back with
the calendar is up the those who are bothered by where a day of rememberance needs to stay in the same place in
the Solar cycle. What did people do in 45BCE and 1582. We are informed Christmas is about 6 months out of
position anyway, because the birth of Christ was at the time of the Bethlehem Census which took place around
June. The calendar just needs moving back complete, about 9 days. It's not a Policy and we can't force this on
the whole world, but it maybe mentioned at international summits. Is there still need for the clocks to change
between Summer and winter now that farming is more advanced. A permanent change midway between the two might be
considered.
